We know everyone has questions so we've tried to answer a few here for you. If there's anything you want to know, but isn't answered somewhere on this site, just send us an email. You never know, your question might become famous and make it on the site!

How much is shipping and how do you ship?

Shipping is $10.00 for the first item, $5.00 each for the next four items and then $3.00 each for everyone after that. We use prepaid regular post satchels within Australia.

If you are an overseas purchaser, you are most welcome too! Your items wil ship via airmail. Asia/Pacific is $20.00 for the first item and $5.00 for every item after that. USA and the rest of the world is $25.00 for the first item and $5.00 for every item after that.

How long will it take me for me to get my item?

We will ship your item the next business day after payment is received. Within Australia shipping takes approximately 2-8 days, depending on where you are. We're based in QLD so obviosly if you are near us it will be quicker. Overseas shipments take about 8-14 days, again depending on where you are.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, Paypal, bank deposit, cheque or money order. We are verified Paypal account holders and our Paypal address is orders@girlpower.com.au. If you supply credit card details they will be kept on our secure server until we confirm and place the order. Your card will probably be charged the evening or next business day your order is placed. We then destroy all card details. If you wish to pay by Bank deposit, cheque or money order, details will be provided after the items are ordered. We will email you the details as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Can I return items if I'm not happy with them or they don't fit?

This item comes with a seven day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your item you may return it for an exchange or store credit providing the garment still has tags intact and has not been worn. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange the items payment for return shipping must be included with the item. Please contact us at orders@girlpower.com.au with any problems if you wish to return or exchange.

Do the items have a warranty?

The items are guaranteed to be in new condition when they are received by you. If there are any problems with the garment on arrival, or it is somehow damaged through a manufacturing fault you may return the item to us within seven days.

Where are the items made?

All of our clothing is locally made in Queensland. We do not import anything from China and all sewing and screen printing is done in Australia.

Can I get a tax invoice?

If you pay by Paypal you will automaticaly receive an invoice from them. If making payment by another method you may request a tax invoice from us.

I want to by in bulk for my company or something similar, is there a discount or can I get my logo branded on them too?
